The SBI Clerk (JA) 2018 Exam conducted by the State Bank of India(SBI) has been a gateway to a career in the Banking Industry for thousands of students and working professionals across the nation. What is SBI Clerk? 

The SBI Clerk (Junior Associate) Exam is conducted every year to recruit clerical cadre in various branches across India. This year the notification was released for 8301 vacancies. The Selection Procedure for SBI Clerk 2018 is as follows:

  • Preliminary Examination
  • Main Examination
  • Local Language Test

All aspirants need to clear the Prelims (Preliminary) exam first to go through to the Main Examination. The shortlisted candidates will proceed for a Local Language fluency test. The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the Mains Exam and the candidate’s local language fluency.

English Language

English section in SBI Clerk Prelims consists of following topics: 

  • Reading Comprehension
  • Para Jumbles
  • Grammar
  • Paragraph Completion

Numerical Ability

The Numerical Ability consists of questions from the following topics - Arithmetic, Algebra, Probability, Permutations & Combinations, Data Interpretation. Since our primary focus is on clearing the cut-offs, let's classify the topics into various difficulty levels considering average time spent to solve the questions. 

Easy - Quadratic Equations, Simplifications and Approximations, Number Series, Time and Work

Quantitative Aptitude
