Wipro Turbo Recruitment Test Pattern and Syllabus

The test pattern for Wipro Turbo on-campus recruitment's is same as any other recruitment. It has three rounds in the whole recruitment procedure, Written Test, Technical Round, and HR round. The pattern and syllabus for each round are given below.

Written Test:

For the written test, there are three sections the student has to answer.

In the first round of Quantitative aptitude, 45 minutes of time is allotted in which students are asked to answer 30 questions. Various questions on verbal and quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning are given in this round. The topics which would be questioned in quant are given below. 

  1. Data Interpretation
  2. Geometry
  3. Profit and Loss
  4. Progressions
  5. Equations
  6. Averages
  7. Ratio
  8. Algebra
  9. Speed and Distance 

In the logical reasoning questions would be asked about: 

  1. Attention to detail 
  2. Blood relationships
  3. Visual Reasoning
  4. Flow Charts
  5. Statement and conclusion

The second section is coding

In this round, a student has to perform two coding tasks in a given time of 45 minutes. In the technical MCQ's given and the coding section questions on below topics will be asked. 

  1.  C

  2. C++

  3. DBMS

  4. Data structures and algorithms

  5. OS Concepts

  6. OOPS concept

  7. Computer network

  8. Computer Architecture and Organisation 


The third section is the English section

An essay has to be written by the students in 20 minutes of time.

Technical interview:

This is the round after written test. Students who are qualified in the written test are eligible for the technical interview. In this technical round, questions based on the core subjects are asked. The topics that can be covered are C, C++, Java in coding languages. the other topics are given below.

  1. Array Matrices
  2. Linked lists
  3. Stack/Queue
  4. String processing and manipulation
  5. Sorting and Searching
  6. Advanced Design
  7. Analysis Techniques
  8. Greedy algorithms
  9. Minimum spanning trees
  10. String matching
  11. Divide and conquer
  12. Computational geometry.

HR round

This is the final round of the recruitment procedure. This round is basically to analyze the analytical and communication skills of the student. Students are tested on their attitude in this round. Reaching this round ensures almost 80% of your chance of getting into Wipro. This round is basically to test your decision-making ability and presence of mind. Various scenarios are given and your choice in every scenario is scrutinized. This is where you have to justify your choice and be confident.

1. Is there negative marking in the examination?

No. There is no negative marking.

2. What is the structure of the Wipro Entrance Test?

Verbal: This section will have questions on the lines of CAT and GMAT entrance examinations. It will include synonyms, antonyms, sentence structuring, grammar, paragraph comprehension, etc. 

Analytical: As discussed earlier in the blog. 

Quantitative aptitude: Questions will pertain to Trigonometry, Calculus, Differentiation, Algebra, Integration, Matrices and Coordinate Geometry. You will need to revise your 11th and 12th level mathematics to successfully attempt this section.

3. When are we going to receive information on the dates and location for technical and HR Interview?

They will update you with this information after publishing your results.
