Accenture Campus Recruitment Process
With the competition during Campus Placements growing every year, you need to be better prepared to get selected by a company. First of all things, you need to know about the companies visiting your Campus – especially their recruitment process. In this blog, we will discuss one of the campus recruitment processes followed by Accenture.
Accenture Campus Recruitment Process for Freshers:
In this process, there are 3 rounds.
The Written round consists of 3 sections Quantitative, Reasoning and Verbal ability.
There are 20 Questions in the Quantitative Ability section. The important topics include Time, Speed and Work, Percentages, Profit and Loss, Ratio and Proportion, Averages, Mixtures etc.
There are 20 questions in the Reasoning Ability Section. The important topics include Pie Charts/ Bar Graphs, Arrangements and Table based puzzles.
There are 20 questions in the Verbal Ability Section. The important topics include Reading Comprehension, Sentence Completion, Synonyms and Antonyms.
The above 3 sections are to be attempted in 60 minutes. There is no negative marking in this round.
In the technical round, some of the subjects you will be tested include C, C++ and Operating System. Along with them, prepare on two more subjects from your branch. In most of the technical interviews, the interview panel will ask your favorite subject – in case of which you can speak out the subjects you have prepared. You will be getting questions from summer project as well as final year project as well. This is an elimination round.
In the HR round, the interview panel questions you everything and anything related to your personality, family, education, hobbies, internships, work experience (if relevant), general knowledge, etc. While we would be sharing various Interview questions on the Forums from students' experiences, we suggest you to go through GDPI videos in Learning Center of Conduira Online to understand and learn the right answers for these questions.
